Of all Dacia Logan modifications produced from 2005 to 2021 real fuel consumption according to user ratings is approximately 21% higher compared to advertised consumption. For petrol engines real consumption is in average 15% higher, but for diesel engines is approximately 27% higher. Starting from 2005 Dacia Logan average difference between actual owner-reported fuel consumption and stated consumption was less than industry average, at 2006 it was similar to average, at 2017 difference became significantly higher than average and finally at 2019 difference between owner-reported and advertised fuel economy became slightly above industry average.
